great location but rooms need updates
The close proximity to various restaurants and attractions made our stay convenient. The staff consistently greeted us with warmth and were eager to assist whenever needed.
The rooms felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.

Comfortable stay near the action
We had a nice time during our 2-night stay. The beds were super comfy and the room was spotless, no funky odors. Perfect spot for Universal Studios and lots of restaurants close by. We tried the poolside snack bar, which was a nice touch. Only wish the WiFi was a bit stronger.

Just a decent option for a weekend excursion in Orlando with good value. The bed linens were clean and fresh, which was a relief. Bring your own breakfast snacks because the selection is very limited.

Recommend it for families seeking heartwarming service
The housekeeping staff was amazing really cared and showed warmth, especially one named Yeniree Escobar who helped with my room issue. Silvia the manager, personally took me to another room after my husband complained, talk about service!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It was still acceptable.

The property features a clean, well-maintained atmosphere that won’t break the bank, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. Breakfast offerings include a limited array, but the cleanliness of the pool area provides a refreshing spot to unwind.
Found some old furniture cluttering the back side of the hotel, not the most appealing sight when pulling up. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable. turning it off led to a soaked floor from condensation. Not a fan of the breakfast either—very basic with stale milk. left much to be desired. The language barrier could be awkward, too, only one staff member fluent in English could make things feel isolating.

The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud made of old socks, and the weed smell in the room had me questioning my life choices!

Exceptional Service and Clean Facilities
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay in a King Room for 3 nights. The staff's dedication to providing top-notch service was heartwarming, making me feel like I was part of a family. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and towels that had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel's location was perfect—quiet yet close to attractions, with easy access to dining and shops. While the breakfast could use a bit more variety, I was more than satisfied with my experience overall.

The children's playground is a nice touch for families. Rooms lack sufficient towel hooks, which is inconvenient.

The location on International Drive is awesome. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room felt clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable night. However, I had some issues with the room assignment. The first room I received was inaccurate, with a double bed instead of the king I booked, and it wasn't clean. After some hassle, I got a king room, which was fine but took longer than expected. Breakfast could use some variety, particularly eggs, since it felt very basic. Staff made an effort to help, though language barriers were noticeable. Overall, the stay was decent, just some room for improvement in service and breakfast options.

The room had comfy beds and was super clean. It’s got a nice flat-screen TV and a shower but no tub. I liked having a microwave and fridge available. The pool area looked fun with sun loungers and umbrellas. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to Universal Studios!
